Hi, I’m Diego.

I’m from Honduras and now based in Hannover. I work with geospatial data, coastal geomorphology, and modelling. I also build my own apps and software projects. They usually start with ideas I’d like to use myself.

When I’m away from the computer, it’s usually football, Hannover 96, rock music, video games, the gym, beaches, or simply spending time with friends.

Chefito

An app for pantry items, shopping, recipes, and meal planning, so less gets forgotten or thrown away at home.

Mindex

A visual knowledge map for links, notes, and files I want to save and find again later.

Maps and geospatial data

I work professionally with spatial data, including bathymetry, terrain models, maps, analyses, and modelling inputs.

Three languages

German, English, and Spanish are a natural part of my projects.
